This past Wednesday, the Four Winds II spotted it’s first Humpback Whale of the season.  After an amazing day in Molokini Crater snorkeling, they were headed across Maalaea Bay to find some turtles and came across the massive animal.  The Humpbacks come down to visit us in the Hawaiian Islands during our fall & winter months to give birth and mate.  During October and November it’s all luck to see a whale, but starting in late December the are everywhere!  Especially in Maui because of our ideal location, depth, and protective bay.  Whale season, here we come!
